It was Japanese refinement and imperfect perfection that top chef Sergio Herman managed to incorporate into the Inku dinnerware. This dinnerware features clear references to shell shapes, blossoms, and the abstract structures of nature. "With Inku dinnerware, we can not only beautifully decorate the plate but also complement entire tables with ceramic blossoms," says Herman, who uses the dinnerware at his brasserie Le Pristine in Antwerp. "I see it as our task not only to inspire people from a culinary perspective but also to create that with table decorations." To complete this vision, the collection is complemented by delicate glassware.
