Fast Local Delivery
In the 's-Hertogenbosch region, we deliver extra fast. If you order before 10:00 AM and the item is in stock, we will deliver the same day (within the local radius). For urgent orders, always contact us.
Carriers & Damage Handling
We ship with reliable partners such as PostNL, DHL, UPS, and VDSV. All shipments are carefully packaged to prevent breakage. If transport damage occurs, we will provide a suitable solution (replacement or credit). Report damage within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging via info@nonfoodcompany.com.
Returns
Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt, provided that:
- the item is unused;
- it is in its original packaging;
- the return notification was made within the specified period.
Exceptions: specially ordered or personalized items (e.g., with printing/customization) cannot be returned, unless the manufacturer agrees.
A 25% restocking fee may be applied to accepted returns.
Register a Return
- Send an email to info@nonfoodcompany.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
- You will receive return instructions and (if applicable) a return label or form.
- Pack the items securely; include the return form.
Return costs are generally borne by the customer, except in the case of incorrect delivery or damage caused by us.

The following scale is an indication; actual costs will be charged 1-to-1 based on carrier and weight/volume.
